Tour will originate in the Kingsport/Johnson City/Bristol/Abingdon area.

You will be inspired as you learn more about the extraordinary life of Billy Graham, a journey from the pastures and dirt roads of North Carolina to platforms and arenas in the world's greatest cities. You will see how God prepared and used this humble man for more than six decades. Join us for this inspirational experience.

Adventure Day 1 – Monday, May 11, 2009
This morning we begin traveling through scenic North Carolina and arrive at the new (2007) Billy Graham Library in Charlotte built like a dairy barn, reminiscent of his childhood. The museum traces this farm boy's humble beginnings on a rural dairy farm to the beloved worldwide evangelist he is today. A bookstore named “Ruth's Attic” inside the museum is named in honor of his beloved wife – Ruth Bell Graham, an author, poet and literature lover in her own right. After our tour and dinner at a local restaurant, we claim our motel rooms in Charlotte.

Adventure Day 2 – Tuesday May 12, 2009
We rise from a good night's sleep to enjoy a full hot breakfast, check out of our motel and depart for Asheville for a tour of The Cove. The Billy Graham Training Center is located on 1500 acres nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains with numerous buildings and manicured grounds for us to enjoy. After our tour, we will have lunch and later make a short stop at the Asheville Farmer's Market to see what fruits and vegetables and other treats they have. We depart for home with fond memories of our inspirational tour.
